It is the mission of the USS/SS PTO to promote and enhance the education and extracurricular experience of all students at Union Sanborn and Southwick Schools, to provide enrichment programs for students through fund-raising activities and to work to develop positive relationships between parents, teachers, students, and principals. We organize events which bring the community together and keep the lines of communication open between families and school. We support the school in maintaining a first rate educational environment for our children, coordinate parent volunteers when needed, and raise funds for school activities by organizing fundraisers.
We encourage every family to join the PTO Team. We would love for you to attend our meetings to learn about PTO activities, get updates from board members, teachers & administrators and to contribute your ideas. We meet the first Thursday of every month at 6:30pm in the Southwick School Media Center. Free childcare is available.
